1

Admission is valid only for the stated period and subject to renewal approval by management.

Your stay is limited to the agreed-upon duration. Any extension must be formally approved by the hostel management before the current period ends.

30-day written notice required before vacating

A written 30-day notice is mandatory before vacating. Notice must be within first 2 or last 2 days of month. Verbal or WhatsApp notices are invalid.

Rent is due on the 1st of every month

Rent is due on the 1st of every month with a 5-day grace period. Late payment may incur penalties and repeated delay may lead to termination.

Security deposit is non-adjustable

Security deposit is non-adjustable and refundable only after proper notice, dues clearance, no damages, clean handover, and key return.

Payments via approved digital channels only

Payments must be made via approved digital channels. Cash is valid only with official receipt.

Maintain hostel property responsibly

Resident must maintain hostel property responsibly. Damage or negligence will be charged accordingly.

Closing time: 10 PM weekdays, 11 PM weekends

Closing time: 10:00 PM (Mon–Fri) and 11:00 PM (Sat–Sun). All residents must be inside before closing time.

Immediate termination for serious violations

Immediate termination without refund may occur for violence, theft, CCTV tampering, illegal activity, unauthorized guests, repeated late payments, serious misconduct, or defamation.

No jewellery, gold, or expensive valuables

▼
Keeping jewellery, gold, expensive valuables, or high-value personal items within hostel premises is strictly prohibited. Management is not responsible for any loss.

Cash limit: Rs. 5,000

Do not keep cash exceeding Rs. 5,000 on the premises.

No personal gas cylinders or hazardous items

▼
Personal gas cylinders and hazardous items are strictly prohibited on hostel premises.

Remove all belongings upon departure

Residents must remove all belongings upon departure. Management is not responsible for items left behind.

Leaving without notice incurs storage charges

Leaving without notice and/or unpaid dues will result in storage charges of Rs. 500 per day. Management may dispose items if security deposit is exhausted.

Management reserves the right to amend policies

Management reserves the right to amend policies. Decisions shall be final and binding.

Security Deposit: For cooler facilities, deposit = 1 month of total bill. For AC, deposit = 2 months of total bill.

Coolers must be kept inside the room. Rs. 500 fine for placing in corridors. Storage fee: Rs. 2,000/month.

Limited coolers available — first come, first served. Priority to those with 1-month security deposit already paid.

🚨

Zero Tolerance for Cheaters. Any attempt to cheat management = immediate expulsion. If your roommate is cheating, you must inform management. If one person is cheating, the whole room is cheating.

If a room has 2 residents and only 1 wants cooler/AC, the other will be shifted to their preferred room.

📅

Coolers given on 1st May 2026. Billing starts accordingly. Book before 30th April 2026.
